The soulish and spiritual bodies

Augustine draws a great parallel that just as the soulish body is not a soul, so the Spiritual body (1 Cor. 15:44) is not spirit but flesh.

Sed sicut nunc corpus animale dicitur, quod tamen corpus non anima est, ita tunc spirituale corpus erit, corpus tamen non spiritus erit (Enchir. 23/91).

Gerhard clarifies that procreation is concrete difference between the soulish body of Adam before the fall and the Spiritual body of the resurrection:

Those who are immortal, that is, in a spiritual body, do not procreate children; but those who are immortal in a soulish body can produce children (Death, § 43).
